FitBody HIIT Circuit Training Fitness Class

Pick your starting station and your instructor will define how long you will perform each exercise for before you move to the next station.
Classes often combine body weight exercises, weighted resistance equipment, boxing, kettlebells and a mix of strength based moves. No circuit class is ever the same!

These sessions are ideal if you’re not very active but want to improve your health, lift your mood, and remain independent.

1-to-1 PowerBox Personal Training

1-to-1 PowerBox Personal Training is a sure-fire way to achieve a lean, toned body.
You’ll also improve agility, stamina and co-ordination, all while burning hundreds of calories.

Health and fitness consultation
1 hour • FREE
During your health and fitness consultation, we will review your goals, your health-history, your scheduling needs and you’re likes/dislikes with past or present exercise programs.
Based on this information, We will kick-start a customized fitness plan.

1-to-1 Personal Training
45 minutes • Various packages Available
Our personal training sessions have been designed by our Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer Ross Philippe for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time.
Ross utilizes various training modalities to deliver hard hitting, but fun workouts.
