FitBlast 1-to-1 Personal Training (45 mins)
Whether you want to look good for that big day, get in shape after a baby or do your bit for a good cause, your goals are our goals – Ross Philippe our expert Personal Trainer will help you achieve them.

FitBlast Legs, Bums & Tums Fat Burner (8 week course £88)
Monday 6:00pm – 6:45pm | Styx centre
Improve the tone, shape and firmness of these three key areas with our NEW Legs, Bums & Tums Fat Burner class, we offer dedicated, targeted exercises over a 45 minute class.
 
FitBlast HIIT FitBody Circuit Training (8 week course £88)
Tuesday 6:00pm – 6:45pm | Styx centre
Pick your starting station and your instructor will define how long you will perform each exercise for before you move to the next station. Each class is built with progressions and regressions so is suitable for all fitness levels and everyone gets a great workout. Classes often combine body weight exercises, weighted resistance equipment, boxing, kettlebells and a mix of strength based moves. No circuit class is ever the same! 
 
FitBlast Total Body Conditioning (8 week course £88)
Thursday 9:30am – 10:15am | Styx centre
Improve the tone, shape and firmness of your body as we target the key areas with our NEW Total Body Conditioning class, we offer dedicated, targeted exercises over a 45 minute class.

Saturday 9:15am – 10:00am | Styx centre

FitBlast Easy exercise sessions 50+ (8 week course £88)
Saturday 10am – 10:45am Styx | centre
These sessions are ideal if you’re not very active but want to improve your health, lift your mood, and remain independent. Don’t worry if you haven’t done much for a while. These exercises are easy, gentle, and all done indoors.
 
Pay as you go sessions £13.00
All fitness levels from beginner upwards are welcome!
